All products which are shown on the website are in stock, this way we ensure
quick delivery for your orders. As soon as we receive your order and payment,
your order is shipped the same working day, and also a tracktrace number will be
delivered by email.
The time between placement of your order and the actual delivery to your door
is on average 2-5 days within the EU and can vary a little according to the
location of your country and the payment method you choose. (Payment by
creditcard is immediately and direct bank transfer has sometimes a small delay
between the transfer and when we actually receive it.) But when we have good experience with you it is sufficient to sent us a wire confirmation by email, so we can ship the order immediately.
Reliable shipping by UPS, DHL, GLS or TNT. (Tracktrace number for every package
sent.) We ship standard trough GLS, most of the time this is the fastest and cheapest shipper, but we will check which shipper is most economic for your location. If you like another shipper just let us know. Shipping costs are calculated according to total weight of the package, and are automatically calculated when you order through this website. You can also order by fax or email, then we will calculate it manually for you. As soon as we receive your order (Trough the website, by fax or by email) we will sent you an invoice. Payment of the total amount can be done by direct banktransfer to our bankaccount or by creditcard trough Paypal. As soon as we receive the total amount (or a wire confirmation by email) the order will be sent to you, and you will receive a tracktrace number by email.
